Welcome to Azusa Hotel & Apartments. We are committed to providing a pleasant, seamless, and memorable stay. To help us serve you better, please take a moment to review the guidelines below.

1. Check-in & Check-out

  • Check-in: From 2:00 PM
  • Check-out: By 12:00 PM
  • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
  • Late check-out without approval attracts an additional night charge.

2. Payment Options

  • Reservations are confirmed once full payment is received.
  • Multiple payment options are available for convenience.
  • All rates are VAT inclusive.

3. Children and Extra Beds

  • Each apartment accommodates 2 adults and 2 children under 12.
  • Extra beds are subject to availability and may attract additional charges.

4. Room Rates & Breakfast

  • Rates are charged per room, per night, VAT included.
  • Breakfast is only included when selected at the time of booking.
  • Rates may vary during peak periods, holidays, or special events.

5. Cancellation & Amendments

  • Free cancellation up to 48 hours before arrival (by 2: 00 PM).
  • Cancellations within 24 hours of arrival incur a one-night charge.
  • Walk-in and same-day OTA bookings are non-refundable.
  • OTA bookings are subject to the platform’s stated cancellation policy.
  • Refunds may take 5–20 working days, depending on your bank.

6. House Rules & Safety

  • All rooms are strictly non-smoking.
  • A $500 restoration fee applies if smoking is detected or fire alarms are triggered.
  • Personal cooking or heating appliances are not permitted.
  • Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.

7. Breakfast

  • Breakfast is served daily from 7:00 AM to 10:30 AM.

8. Laundry

  • Laundry services (wash, dry & iron) are available at an extra cost.
  • Dry cleaning is not available.
  • Management is not liable for natural wear or shrinkage.

9. Important & Legal Information

  • Pets are not allowed, except certified service animals.
  • Reservations may not be transferred or resold without written approval.
  • While security is provided, Azusa hotel and Apartments is not liable for personal injuries or accidents on the premises.

10. Contacting the Property

  • Guests checking in after 10:00 PM should notify the property in advance so their reservation can be held.
